Audio/Video Duplications

Duplication service of audio and video programs for university faculty, staff, and students, along with members of the community is available. Copyrighted programs must have valid written permission from the copyright owner before duplication can proceed.

Formats include:
VHS
S-VHS
Umatic 3/4"
DVCam
BetacamSP
Audiocassettes
16mm film
DVD

Audiocassettes are processed at high speed, and are not recommended for high fidelity material. Requests for duplications are normally completed within three working days.

World Standard Conversion

Our duplication facility provides videotape conversions. USA standard NTSC videotapes can be converted to the PAL or SECAM standards of other countries. Videotapes from other countries can also be converted to NTSC for viewing. Requests for video conversions are normally completed within three working days.

Off-Airs

Programs carried on the MTU Cable TV system can be recorded "off-air" for educational purposes.
